Testserver: regen buffer

I am fixing a bug in the testserver. The fix requires some bigger code change. As a step the regen buffer currently is partially off.

Edit: The fix is online now. The regen buffer should work again. It would be nice, if you can look out for potential issues or conflicts concerning the regen buffer.

Plague

If plague is cast on a vamp those troops just die and don't even appear in the buffer. Figure you already heard this, but I decided to comment anyways.
